Summer Ends In New Beginnings
Summer is coming to a close. New backpacks and school clothes are waiting in my kids' closets, ready to go.
But as they say, one thing ends so that another can begin. Which is why my favorite photo from the May to August interlude is this one: my beautiful, beautiful hair stylist, expecting her first little one ( a girl!) at the end of the month. We took some photos in time for her baby shower earlier this summer. We met at a park not far from her house, one whose trees I really love. We did have to wait for a team of disc golfers to play through, but some things, like this image, are worth waiting--and swatting a few mosquitos--for.
